Terms & safety information

Specific prices, payment requirements, cancellation arrangements and any service-specific conditions will be confirmed before a booking is accepted. The following points apply generally to Harley Pillion services.

Passenger suitability and safety

Motorcycle travel carries inherent risk. Passengers must follow safety instructions and wear suitable protective equipment. A ride may be declined, shortened or stopped where the rider reasonably considers that continuing would be unsafe.

Weather and road conditions

Motorcycle services are weather dependent. Severe rain, high winds, ice, flooding, poor visibility or other unsafe conditions may require a change of route, postponement, alternative arrangement or cancellation in accordance with the terms agreed for the booking.

Timings and routes

Routes and timings can be affected by traffic, road closures, events and other circumstances outside our control. Wedding and funeral arrangements should allow reasonable flexibility while still respecting the agreed timetable.
