Feedback and publication

Feedback submitted through the website is held for moderation. Your email address is not published. A review is only published where publication consent is recorded. You may ask us to hide or remove published feedback by contacting us.

Cookies and browser storage

The public feedback form uses an essential PHP session cookie for security controls such as CSRF protection and rate limiting. The admin area also uses an essential session cookie to keep an authorised administrator signed in. This build does not intentionally load advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email or communications, and by professional advisers or insurers where reasonably necessary. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal or administrative requirements.
